On 17 December 2017, we'll be making system changes which will affect our Account Amendment e-forms on AdviserNET.
If you have any of the following e-forms in progress or saved for your clients, please submit them by 9pm (AEDT) on Friday 15 December 2017 as they will be automatically invalidated after this time.

Submitting e-forms in progress on or after 15 December 2017
|
|
|
Any e-forms for your clients that are not submitted before this date will remain in the 'What am I working on?' section of AdviserNET for your reference but you won't be able to submit them.
If you miss the deadline you can:

click the reprint icon to print the details on the old e-form
|
|
•
|
start a new e-form
|
|
•
|
re-enter the information; or
|
|
•
|
submit the new e-form.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
You can submit new e-forms for your clients as usual from 18 December 2017.
We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.
